FundEx Loans LLC ("we," "our," or "us") believes in complete transparency. This page outlines our legal and regulatory disclosures, our role in the financing process and what you can—and cannot—expect when working with us.

1. Broker Status

FundEx Loans LLC is a financing broker, not a lender.

We're not a bank, credit union, or direct lender. We don't make credit decisions, set interest rates, or issue credit. Our role is to connect businesses like yours with our network of regulated, third-party lending partners.

All financing products and services are provided by these independent lending partners. Each partner underwrites every application according to their own policies and regulatory requirements.

2. Compensation

We're compensated by our lending partners upon successful completion of a funding. This is how we're able to offer our matching service at no charge to you.

  • We charge no fees to applicants. You will never be charged by FundEx Loans LLC for our matching or referral services.
  • Lending partners may charge their own fees, which will be fully disclosed to you by them in your loan agreement and closing documents.
  • We do not receive any compensation based on the interest rate or terms you accept. Our compensation does not influence the match we present to you.

3. Business Purpose Only

All financing introduced through this site is for business purposes only.

This service is strictly for commercial and business use. It is not consumer credit and is not intended for personal, family, or household purposes.

By proceeding with an eligibility check or application, you represent that you are seeking financing for a legitimate business purpose and are acting on behalf of a business entity.

4. No Guarantee of Approval

Completing the four-question eligibility check is not an application for credit and does not guarantee an offer of financing. It is a preliminary assessment designed to give you an estimate of what you might qualify for.

Final approval, funding amounts, interest rates and terms are determined solely by our lending partners based on a full review of your application, credit history and business financials. We cannot and do not guarantee that any lender will approve your application or offer specific terms.

5. Not Affiliated with Any Government Agency

FundEx Loans LLC is a private company. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) or any other government agency.

While we have lending partners who participate in SBA programs, all SBA-backed financing is subject to the SBA's own rules, requirements and approval processes. Any mention of SBA programs on our site is for informational purposes only and does not imply government affiliation or endorsement.

6. Communication & Consent

By providing your contact information, you are consenting to be contacted by us regarding your inquiry. This communication may be via email, telephone, or text message (SMS).

  • You may opt out of further communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or by contacting us directly.
  • Standard message and data rates may apply if contacted via SMS.

7. Accuracy of Information

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FundEx Loans LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of this site or any financing obtained through our service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
